Health Care Rally in Centennial Park August 15th

Bash, Donna and Debbie missed the caravan to the Rally in Centennial Park in Atlanta but made the Rally in time. We parked at the airport, hopped the Marta and made one transfer and were there in a flash.

After we had our bags and backpacks checked and got our armbands to enter the park. We made the acquaintance of a nice young Doctor who works at an inner city clinic in Atlanta, proof that all Doctors are not "greedy capitalists", even though that is their right. Will her clinic become a victim of the new breed of Doctors that will come about as a result of a public option health care system? Will the proposed system insure the poor will not have access to quality Doctors? Just a thought.

We found the Gerritson's, Sullivan's, Pam Burkhardt and her crew. I am so happy to report the Montgomery, Prattville and Wetumpka Tea Party Patriots were there to represent freedom lovers in Alabama.
